Iron Mountain Demand Generation Manager EMEA in Warsaw, Poland

To help us achieve our ambitious growth plans in EMEA, we are building a new team of Demand Generation Executives to join us across Europe. We are now hiring for a Demand Generation / Telesales Manager to manage and lead the team.

The focus of this team will be to create and develop leads for our Digital Solution products with Mid Market and Enterprise customers. We are building this team to operate remotely so we are welcoming applications from across Europe.

What you will do

  • Lead a team of Demand Generation Executives as they create new appointments and opportunities for our Global Digital Solutions sales team

  • Create and grow an environment which leads to high volume and high quality prospecting

  • Build and motivate a team, implementing processes and structures

  • Define and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

  • Be part of a Senior Management team and contribute to the lead generation strategy across the EMEA region

  • Understand the key messages / value proposition for Iron Mountain to communicate this to our customer / prospects via your team

What you will bring

  • Experience of leading a telephone based Sales team / operation (e.g. Inside Sales Manager, Sales Team Leader in a Contact Centre, Telesales Manager etc.)

  • English language skills (fluent). Other European languages are also a distinct advantage

  • Ideally worked in an environment where complex solutions are sold (SaaS, Software although other environments will be considered)

  • Enthusiastic and engaging in conversation with confidence in building relationships internally and externally

  • The ability to research the market and uncover new business opportunities across Europe

  • A self starter with a hands on management style
