We are growing our commercial team in France and now have an opening for a Business Development Manager to join the team to focus on the Public Sector. The Business Development Manager will work to drive and generate additional revenue through selling the portfolio of Iron Mountain’s Records and Information Management , End to End Information Management Solutions and Digital Solutions services.
What you will do
Drive revenue growth by acquiring new Public sector customers
Develop Iron Mountain relationships with Public Sector organizations including local, regional and national administration bodies and Public Healthcare institutions.
Achieve, develop and manage all revenue targets and objectives
Identify, track and secure new revenue opportunities
Effective territory planning and opportunity planning
Responsible for tender responses, business case development and proposal generation
Seek out additional cross selling opportunities
Ensure compliance with key operating standards
Maintain, review and record all activities relating to customer contacts, building pipeline data, sales cycle progress and forecast reports.
What you will bring
A proven track record in a Public Sector focused Sales or Business Development role
A hunter mentality who enjoys winning new business
Proven business development track record demonstrating ability to win new accounts and penetrate/cross sell to a large portfolio of customers and prospects
Able to build relationships and operate in a matrix structure
Very strong influencing skills at a senior level
Technically competent with a high degree of personal resilience and the ability to prioritize conflicting priorities
To be considered for this role you will likely have significant solutions sales experience (Services, Software or IT equipment)
The ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
Experience of selling complex solutions into large organizations
Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationship
Languages: Fluent in English and French
Drivers license
