Commercial Excellence Manager - LATAM in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Role Summary

Responsible for the development and follow-up commercial team performance in Latin America by creating and improving KPIs and executive presentations of sales results. Senior Leadership Support for Budget and Quotas development to guarantee company Growth Results together with implementing Sales Initiatives aimed at increasing Revenue in the region.

Primary Duties / Responsibilities

  • Be a key partnership of local Sales Operations team to implement and measure Commercial Organization indicators;

  • Management and constant improvement of Sales Performance KPIs though Commercial Tools such as Salesforce, Tableau and Data Studio Dashboards. Development of weekly, monthly and annual executive presentations for Latam Senior Leadership;

  • Guarantee Latam Customer Segmentation update to provide Senior Leadership information about the size of four Market by Lob, Country and mainly by Verticals;

  • Global Commissions Compensation Plan implementation, guaranteeing that the updates are aligned with Global guidelines with local teams support;

  • Support the Financial Area with Monthly Forecasts and Annual Budget with a focus on the Indicators of the Commercial area, supporting the countries in the preparation of data and generating visibility of the estimates for the Finance area;

  • Semi-Annual ROI analysis to provide Senior Leadership a view related with Commercial Organization lucrativity;

  • Guarantee Salesforce and other tools technical support to the countries together with global support team;

  • Global initiatives implementation to accelerate Revenue effectiveness and commercial excelente, such as Sales Plays, Performance Management and others;

  • Develop partnership with internal áreas such as Sales Enablement, Product Management and Marketing to leverage Sales results implementing global initiatives and taking into consideration business and Market necessities;

  • Support others structures with the focus on Sales (ALM, DS, GI and others).

Academic Background

Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics

Mandatory to be Fluent in Spanish & English
