For our Professional Services team, we are looking for a Professional Services Engineer , responsible for contributing to solution design mapping, UX/UI design as well as the configuration of the InSight platform as specified by the Functional Architects and design documentation.
To work through the design, development cycle and sprints closely with the project manager, functional architect and client principal throughout the sprints.
Responsibilities:
● Support design, development, and implementation of UX and UI requirements
● Review the design packages with Functional architects and undersign the deliverables can be achieved
● Provide input into the effort required to develop during bid phases
● Development of the agreed design packages to include all elements of the CSP and any custom coding requirements.
● Timely completion of assigned work packages in the project.
● Update the Kanban boards when work tickets are completed.
● Development of or integration with any enterprise APIs. Core Skills
● Workflow development experience in Content Services Platforms.
● Application, UI and UX development.
● High level of working knowledge of:
.Net, C, C#, C++ Java, Python, Groovy, JavaScript, Shell, React, Angular & other js frameworks / libraries.
MongoDB, Elastic Search, SQL, mySQL,
Git, GitHub, Jira, Slack, Nexus ○
AWS, Docker, Kubernetes (GKE or OpenShift), Ansible, Terraform, GCP
Jenkins X, SonarQube, etc.
GNU/Linux, Mac, Windows, Android, iOS, Swift
OpenText, Hyland Onbase.
Development of REST APIs
Secondary Skills:
● Technical design and documentation of application architecture.
● Excellent knowledge of cloud platforms, Google, Amazon, Microsoft etc.
● Excellent knowledge of active directory, single sign on and SAML.
● Excellent understanding of configuring CSP software in the cloud.
● Working knowledge of GSuite, JIRA, service now Languages Written and spoken communication in English
