Analista de Relacionamento Pleno
Atuar no tratamento das demandas de clientes recebidos por qualquer canal de atendimento, com o objetivo de solucionar o problema exposto, analisar contratos existentes e identificar oportunidades de upsell a partir desse contato. (Vendas)
Responsabilidades Principais
Identificar e qualificar clientes potenciais e registrar atividades de prospecção de vendas em sistemas de rastreamento baseados em computador.
Responder às perguntas dos clientes, fechar vendas, receber pedidos e manter registros de clientes atualizados.
Construir relacionamento com os clientes, investigando as necessidades e recomendando soluções apropriadas.
Responsável por receber a demanda, fornecer informações, sanar dúvidas dos clientes, solucionar problemas e receber reclamações sobre os produtos ou serviços oferecidos pela empresa;
Identificar a área ou departamento envolvido no processo de solução e transferir a demanda para quem possa ajudar o cliente da melhor forma, rastreando cada processo até a solução final;
Realizar o atendimento em qualquer canal (presencial, telefone, e-mail, chat etc) com alto nível de qualidade e sempre buscando a satisfação do cliente e agilidade nos processos;
Prestar suporte nos diferentes sistemas operacionais utilizados, gerar ordem de serviço, expurgo, permount, cadastrar e recuperar logins dos sistemas operacionais;
Escolaridade Requerida
- Ensino Superior Completo.

Ser Analítico, capacidade de ouvir o cliente e analisar cenários/propor soluções;
Argumentação, boa comunicação (oral e escrita), empatia;
