Job Description

You generate a lot of sensitive documents that need to be destroyed in a secure way. We ensure your information is not compromised, Iron Mountain recommends programs where you can manage and track your documents accordingly. We protect the privacy of your information by destroying paper records, documents, plastics and media.

Join a team that fields web inquiries regarding of Iron Mountain's solution called Secure Shredding services.

  • Sells Secure Shredding Services, learn the portfolio

  • Received leads, field emails, make outbound calls and respond to web inquiries

  • Sales growth is attained by net new customers or customers without recurring shred on their account; sells specific product line of secure shredding as needed or identified

  • Prepare quotes for shred web inquires

  • Complete the internal and external contracting process and close the deal

This is a stepping stone role for a career with Iron Mountain and in Sales, outside sales, Customer Success, Operations and more

Job Requirements

  • Must demonstrate proficiency with MS Office

  • A track record of exceeding expectations

  • Must have the proven ability to translate the customer need(s) into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions and negotiation skills

  • Must exhibit excellent written, oral and presentation skills through power messaging

  • Encompasses strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills and business acumen for effective decision making

  • Interest in understanding of strategic selling methodologies

  • Self-motivated and self-directed

  • Proven ability to meet and exceeding quota targets

  • Ability to develop, maintain and present to senior level management

  • Create demand by understanding specific vertical market business challenges, delivering entry point value statements, value propositions, and by identifying the key buying influences in a complex sales environment

  • Candidates must be willing to participate in video messaging for sales and training purposes

  • Education / Experience: 4-year College Degree / 1 – 4 years or experience
