Having achieved significant growth in our business in the Benelux region, we are now looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team. The primary purpose of the role is to retain and grow our book of business with a defined set of corporate customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
What you will do
Responsible for the retention and growth of a nominated portfolio of existing Corporate Customer accounts.
Differentiating Iron Mountain’s value proposition to customers by building strong relationships, both internal and external, and taking ownership for overall customer satisfaction.
Identifying new opportunities across all product lines and responsible for managing revenue within an assigned portfolio of account groups.
To be the advocate of the customer internally.
Primarily a field based role providing strong relationship management
What you will bring
Strategic account management experience
A strong background in solution selling
Prior knowledge of managing customer accounts within the Banking sector would be a distinct advantage
Fluent in Dutch and English, French would also be an advantage
Educated to Bachelors degree level or equivalent
Knowledge of ECM platforms or other digital platforms / products would be beneficial
