The Senior Solutions Enablement Manager role is responsible for driving results through enhancing reps sales knowledge and skill levels. Demonstrates how to translate product and solution knowledge into skill based activities to increase pipeline and conversion rates.
Train and motivate assigned customer facing personnel. Training to include the management of Messaging, Insight Led Solution Selling of designated products and services.
Ongoing coaching and mentoring of customer facing teams including strong Product Knowledge, Industry Knowledge, capturing and using appropriate vertical insights, understanding and identifying of key customer critical business issues.
Drives consistent absorption and adoption knowledge, including but not limited to: the Global Digital Solutions portfolio, Information Lifecycle Management, sales tools, proposal tools, and Sales Enablement Platforms as it relates to Global Digital Solutions. Tracking and Measurement are critical.
Regularly scheduled one on one sessions with Directors, VP and Sales Ops Business Partners to discuss development areas for customer facing personnel. Set goals for reinforcement of talent management.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing, Channel and the field to validate a learning, communication, and change management plan, including but not limited to roll out of new products and enhancements.
Provide enablement support to the Channel team to assist in educating resellers and partners.
Insight Led Solution Selling Skills, strong messaging techniques and presentation skills
Experience developing training programs for different teams, ideally sales
Experience conducting training classes (in person or virtual)
Strong verbal, written, training and interpersonal skills
Possess a high-level of professionalism, assertiveness, creativeness and strong organizational and management skills
Ability to develop and maintain working relationships with senior level management
Ability to present to senior level management
Account / relationship management
Effective questioning techniques
Proficient with oral and written communication
Total travel up to 50%
Education: 4-year College Degree
