Senior Business Development Executive

Iron Mountain (IRM) está buscando un Ejecutivo Comercial Senior quien será un aliado estratégico de nuestros clientes, orientado a identificar, desarrollar y cerrar oportunidades. El objetivo principal será establecer relaciones sólidas y ofrecer el portafolio completo de soluciones de gestión de información que satisfagan las necesidades específicas de nuestros clientes.
Responsabilidades Clave:
Identificar y prospectar oportunidades de negocio
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con actores claves en el portafolio de clientes
Preparar y presentar propuestas comerciales y presentaciones a clientes potenciales
Negociar términos y condiciones de contratos.
Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de operaciones para garantizar una entrega efectiva de los servicios vendidos.
Mantenerse al día con las tendencias del mercado
Utilizar adecuadamente software de gestión de Ventas SalesForce
Desarrollar proyectos comerciales de acuerdo a las características del cliente, que demuestren un conocimiento detallado de su problemática y necesidades para proporcionar al cliente un valor agregado, respecto de soluciones y servicios
Requerimientos y Competencias:
Formación universitaria en administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial, ingeniería comercial o carrera afín.
Experiencia de 12+ años en ventas consultivas B2B, experiencia en ventas de servicios de tecnología o logísticos es necesario
Experiencia en ventas de ciclos largos
Habilidades demostradas de prospección, negociación y cierre de ventas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones efectivas con clientes
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo en un entorno dinámico.
Disponibilidad para viajes domésticos.
