Sales Representative / Business development executive

Purpose of the Role

  • The acquisition of new customers;

  • Maintenance and development of existing customer relationships;

Key Activities / Accountabilities

  • Identify potential customers / new business opportunities.

  • Sell the full range of Iron Mountain products and solutions  Develop existing customers via up-selling and cross selling .

  • Implement and achieve the agreed sales target.

  • Meet with potential customers; identify needs, match against capabilities, propose solutions according to their needs.

  • Interact regularly with customers to drive continued programmes of improvement.

  • Plan and prepare for sales visits to both existing and prospect customers, have defined meeting objectives.

  • Understand market place trends and buying signals.

  • Identify opportunities to help address customer challenges that generate ad hoc revenue for Iron Mountain.

  • Manage, monitor and evaluate the project to ensure that it meets the customers’ needs involving other internal Iron Mountain stakeholders as appropriate.

  • Promote the Iron Mountain brand and value proposition.

  • Ensure compliance and adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • University Degree ;

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B environment ;

  • Commercial Acumen;

  • Fluent written and spoken English required

  • Computer skills: MS Office, Internet applications;

  • Ability to work and communicate effectively within a multi-cultural environment and with all levels, internally and externally

  • Ability to work well and at pace under pressure while delivering results to exacting deadlines
