We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Account Manager to assume responsibility for the growth of an already strong book of business comprising of the London NHS trusts.
What You Will Do
Responsible for the retention and growth of all revenue streams for an assigned portfolio of large, complex NHS / Health Services customers.
Build a deep understanding of our customers’ business, their competitive landscape, organisational structure and key priorities.
Drive high levels of customer satisfaction and inspire loyalty, by building strong and lasting customer relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
Elevate and broaden relationships where possible to engage with senior stakeholders on strategies that support their business priorities.
Seek out, generate and close new revenue opportunities, collaborating with sales specialists and other internal resources where appropriate.
Work proactively within the Iron Mountain matrix organisation, providing overall account leadership in the UK
Lead and manage all commercial matters (internally and externally) relating to assigned customers.
Be a champion of the customer internally and a champion of Iron Mountain to the customer externally.
What You Will Bring
You will have experience of selling in to large, complex Public Sector, NHS or Health Services accounts. You may not be dedicated to this market but must have an understanding of the organisational structure, business process and solutions.
A track record of success selling within Public Sector, Records Management, SaaS solutions, Business Process Outsourcing or IT services would be beneficial
Ability to structure large strategic deals by leveraging our historical relationships and promoting our digital solutions.
Ability to coach and collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels.
