As we begin to grow the InSight solution in Europe we have created an exciting opportunity for a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to successfully support net new revenue by providing specialist expertise for InSight solutions within the sales process. Assessing a customer`s future needs and existing position to develop the required service using the available capabilities within the InSight product. If successful you will assume responsibility for designing, documenting and communicating complex technology integrated business solutions to senior level executives.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following attributes:
Experience of Pre-Sales Solution Engineering of application software, Software-as-a-Service, Public Cloud platforms, Platforms-as-a-Service and other business solutions for organisation improvement and value gain.
Specific knowledge of; Machine Learning, Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Neural Networks, ECM-solutions, Document Management Systems, Workflow, Business Process Management and Information Governance is preferred.
Experience of advanced data recognition technologies knowledge and experience in Google ML and Analytics would be advantageous.
The ability to develop, design and communicate solutions that map to customer current and future needs and requirements.
Strong background and proven experience of consultative solution approaches, pre-sales/ sales process and technology focused-solution selling.
Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
Ability to influence and negotiate.
Ability to team effectively at all levels of Iron Mountain and customer personnel (to include C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues.
