Through exceptional growth in the US and now Europe, Crozier is seeking a Client Development Executive to join our rapidly growing team.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Client Development Executive is responsible for identifying and driving revenue growth opportunities through new customer acquisition. This role will focus on building strong client relationships, understanding their needs and identifying tailored service and storage solutions that grow long term client loyalty. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a strong background in sales or account management.

This role will involve a mix of home working and field based activity. You will regularly attend customer meetings as well as events such as Gallery and Museum openings. Typical customers include Art Galleries, Auction Houses, Museums (public and private), Art Collectors and Artists.

You will have the support of an exceptional Operations team to support you in creating appropriate solutions for clients. The key focus of this role is to develop contacts and introduce new customers to our services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for driving new business revenue growth

  • Responsible for executing sales initiatives that drive new customer acquisition and support the growth of existing client business

  • Develop and maintain quality relationships with existing and prospective customers where appropriate to driving the new business revenues

  • Identifying specific market trends and establishing methods of creating value from these

  • To become an industry expert and maintain a high level of knowledge of the sector and to use this to develop sales best practice within the sector.

  • Exceed assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Work with the Managing director to formulate sales plans, proactively coming with solutions and initiatives to drive growth

  • As a member of the sales team it is imperative to achieve and maintain a level of professionalism that achieves the standards outlined by the Managing Director

  • Actively participate in generating and qualifying growth prospects to ensure the ‘pipeline’ fulfils the agreed business plan for any given financial year

  • Work with the Account Managers and Operations team to identify new opportunities within the region

  • Identify customers that require special project needs, manage, monitor and evaluate the project to ensure that it meets the customers’ needs involving other stakeholders as appropriate.

  • Proven track record in sales and client management

  • High level customer focus and relationship management

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen

  • Results orientated, able to execute and get things done

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to pay attention to detail, while adhering to broader business strategies

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across the organization

  • Strong work ethic with an ability to manage workload while efficiently and effectively prioritising responsibilities to meet deadlines

  • Proactive Strategic thinker who is solutions-oriented with strong problem solving skills
