Job Title: Inside Sales Director

Location: Barcelona

Job summary:

As part of our aggressive growth plans we are scaling up our Inside Sales teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa. We are currently seeking an ambitious and experienced Inside Sales Director to establish a new Inside Sales hub and continue to develop and transform the EMEA-wide Inside Sales Team. If you have a proven track record in Inside sales leadership and are ready to drive results for a growing company, we’d love to hear from you!

Your role in our mission:

  • Build a high performing team, ensuring individual and team performance goals and objectives are exceeded through the implementation of good performance management practices.

  • Lead the team and be accountable for pipeline and revenue growth across multiple countries

  • Drive results through empowering and supporting people managers to develop and execute against our ‘Selling the Mountain’ strategy by focusing on a solution selling approach.

  • Build a high performing team, ensuring individual and team performance goals and objectives are exceeded through the implementation of good performance management practices.

  • Determine, communicate and manage the critical KPIs necessary to achieve, and exceed quota expectations

  • Work with the Regional Field Sales Sector Heads to ensure complete alignment of approach and effective collaboration between the Inside Sales and Field Sales Vertical Business sector teams.

  • Collaborate with business partners in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing and Recruitment to position the Inside Sales team for success and ambitious year on year growth

  • Work with the Global and ESA Inside Sales Capability Centre to create a culture of continuous improvement and adoption of Inside Sales Best Practice.

Valued skills and experience:

  • Inside Sales Leadership experience in a Solution Selling Environment

  • Experience of managing through managers and Inside Sales Reps in a target driven, high growth environment

  • Ideally you will have experience of managing a multi-lingual sales team that operates across a number of different European markets

  • Demonstrated experience in working closely with Business Partners in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing and Recruiting

  • Proven track record of exceeding quota requirements as an individual contributor as well as a sales manager

  • Demonstrated ability to drive a positive, competitive and winning culture

  • Create a healthy balance of individual and team collaboration, resulting in a high participation rate in quota achievement across the Inside Sales team.

  • Focus on leading by example and working with the team to win, not through hierarchical leadership only. Taking a “We” approach over an “I” approach
