We are looking for a new Manager, Opportunity Support who will lead the day-to-day operations of the Opportunity Support team members to ensure effective, world-class support to our Iron Mountain Internal Customers. Opportunity Support is responsible for partnering with all of the Iron Mountain (In-Country and Global) Sales Teams in Commercial Sales, Global Industries, Channel Sales, and other Iron Mountain Stakeholders (Iron Mountain Internal Customers) throughout the entire opportunity life cycle by creating, reviewing, and verifying details that will ensure Opportunity-to-Revenue speed and efficiency.

What you will do:

  • Effectively manage and lead the performance of the Opportunity Support team, through coaching, mentoring, and developing your team, ensuring a consistently high level of service is provided to our Iron Mountain internal customers and Opportunity-to-revenue speed and efficiency

  • Partner and collaborate with all levels of leadership to execute and monitor transformational activities aligned with our opportunity-to-revenue focused strategy while driving measurable and sustainable business results.

  • Establish strong cross-functional relationships with execution partners in order to improve opportunity-to-revenue and enhance the customer experience.

  • Lead and direct the functional business of Opportunity Support including KPI/Metric/SLA reporting

  • Responsible for leading and organizational development of the team: recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, termination, development planning, and promotion of Opportunity Support team members. Evaluate and make decisions about employee performance and provide timely, accurate feedback

  • Identify opportunities to improve the opportunity life cycle process, identify bottlenecks, resolve inconsistencies, and improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Reporting and tracking metrics; such as monitoring SLA’s, monitoring progress, providing periodic status reports to relevant parties.

  • Responsible for leading and driving the recruitment process.

  • Other duties/projects as assigned

What you will bring to the role:

  • Ability to speak, write and communicate effectively in English. Multiple languages (preferred)

  • Ability to work across multiple time zones

  • Understand multi-country/global sales processes and follow internal procedures and SLA’s

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Self-motivated, critical thinker with prior experience collaborating across multiple teams

  • Ability to analyze process breakdowns or situations that are not the norm and have the ability to provide insights, feedback, and develop effective solutions

  • Ability to drive change and influence individuals at all levels within the organization.

  • Previous management, leadership, or project/program management experience

  • Positive team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations

  • Ability to excel in a diverse work environment and communicate with individuals having a wide variety of educational levels and socioeconomic backgrounds
