In 2024, we are expecting that our Inside Sales teams will contribute to 25% of our worldwide sales, making them a crucial factor in driving the growth and exciting future of our Technology and Security-focused organization.

We are looking for multiple talented Account Executives to join our Inside Sales team and help drive our organization's growth and success. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our customers, hunting for new opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

What you will do

  • Manage, develop and expand relationships with a specific set of customer accounts

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities by establishing new customer contacts within those accounts

  • Understand and effectively communicate our organization's value proposition to our customers and prospects

  • Secure new business-to-business (B2B) opportunities and close deals

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and revenue targets

  • Achieve weekly activity targets, such as phone calls, emails, and quotations

  • Maintain precise records on the CRM System

What you will bring

  • Experience in telephone-based sales, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Confident, ambitious, and self-motivated

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and overcome objections
