This Sales Operations Executive (Business Partner) role is part of our EMEA Sales Operations team.
Primary areas of focus are to embed new and improved sales processes and tools for local sales and account management teams in order to enable those teams to accelerate revenue and margin growth.
Closely collaborate and work with the Commercial Leadership Team providing insight and advice on business performance, quota setting and account assignments.
What you will do
Provide daily, weekly and monthly data analysis and reports to senior management teams, as well as to other colleagues as and when required.
Support the Sales Operations Director with administrational tasks; create agenda points during Monthly Business Reviews.
Collect and monitor sales performance management related reports.
Communicate new sales processes to sales and account management teams.
Support onboarding process implementation for the sales organization.
Collect key information on in-country opportunities and market analysis related to segmentation.
Administer data changes required to support sales performance management.
Run reoccurring data analytics to support pipeline management ad KPI programs.
Market Intelligence: collect and manage reporting on industry, trends.
Support new acquisitions` sales force and processes transformation into IM practices and performance matrix.
Manage, maintain relationship with business partners.
Help with organizing regional sales conference/kick off.

Reporting and analysis specialist use of Salesforce.com.
