The New Business Development Manager will be responsible to grow the Iron Mountain businesses in ‘Digital Solutions’ and accelerate the market access and expansion within the Czech territory.
In cooperation with Sales & Key Account Managers, (s)he will also create and execute area strategies, including an aggressive growth to new customer capture and core revenue evolution.
Acquire new customers
Identify, develop, and follow up new business opportunities at account level
Take lead and be accountable for timely identification and submission of tenders in the territory
Consultative selling, including presentation of Iron Mountain products & services
Become an expert in digital solutions and its presentation & selling
Collaborate, share of information with others, promote best-practice and peer-to-peer knowledge transfer to accomplish individual, group and business objectives
Schedules appointments and makes pre-planned sales presentations to customers utilising core marketing selling tools and product knowledge.
Creates and executes a tactical plan to manage existing accounts to meet and exceed established sales goals. Includes account retention strategy and profit improvement initiatives.
Prospects for new business opportunities within large strategic accounts and acquires profitable new business through identification, filtering and conversion of prospects.
Identify and build relationship with key stakeholders and decisions makers.
Involve other functions and management at each relevant stage of the sales process to ensure successful tender outcomes.
Utilizing the Account Management Tools and Sales process at expert level to ensure the correct prioritization of accounts and relationship management within the entire account and its hierarchy to maximize Iron Mountain proposal impact.
Developing in-depth product and competitor knowledge to have the ability to present and advise on digital solutions best practice.
Working closely with the Commercial, Marketing and Support teams to develop innovative proposals that secure new competitive business
Experience and Knowledge:
2+ years business to business sales experience at the new business development level
Customer focused approach with a keen desire to achieve customer excellence in every activity and interaction
Hunter mindset and results oriented, with a high level of resilience and adaptability to changing scenarios
Able to demonstrate identifying and seizing business opportunities and effectiveness in persisting in the face of obstacles and challenges
Ability to work with minimum supervision within your allocated market
High level of competency using Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrable use of written and verbal English to convey complex business messages
