The Business development executive is responsible for driving new sales and net income from potential customers within the assigned vertical. His role will sell solutions through prospecting, networking, and executing marketing initiatives and account plans to increase Iron Mountain's presence within assigned accounts, leading to revenue growth and achievement of dues.
Comply with the monthly, quarterly and annual assigned quota.
Assess the needs of customers or prospects, determining the appropriate Iron Mountain products and solutions. Develop and implement strategies and business plans, through understanding the client's business model, its planning and its decision-making channels.
Build customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand your organization's business goals and objectives. Understand and influence a wide range of stakeholders, while acting as an industry expert for the client. Partners with key decision makers to structure business strategy in relation to business requirements. Ensures frequent communication to enable superior satisfaction and keep you informed on emerging industry trends on issues related to your organization's information management needs. Use appropriate methods of persuasion to reach agreements.
Collaborate with clients on their new opportunities and control the RFP and negotiation process. You must understand the customer's requirements in order to negotiate the contract, collaborating with other Iron Mountain departments as necessary. You must negotiate prices and SLAs as appropriate.
Continuously prospect to develop new customers and maintain a consistent pipeline that allows you to meet and exceed the achievement of the sales quota.
Develop cross-selling initiatives with assigned target customers.
Correctly use and maintain CRM applications, Salesforce, and customer correspondence files, including, but not limited to, pipeline reports, account plans, minutes of internal and customer meetings, and presentations.

Prepare and deliver presentations as needed during team meetings.
Support in increasing the prices of the clients assigned according to the contracts and / or the income initiatives defined by Iron Mountain.
Key Skills, Requirements And Competencies
Candidates must have solid backing and knowledge of new client acquisition, strategic account management, sales process, and solution selling.
Advanced Business English: can hold a business talk, understand the client's need and provide knowledge in a language other than Spanish
Ability to work in teams effectively at all internal levels of the company; as well as with the client's staff (include level C) on a wide range of issues and problems.
Ability to develop, maintain and manage its client portfolio at a high level
Account / relationship management
Command of oral and written communication
Education / Experience: 4-year / 4-7 year college degree
Advanced English is an essential requirement.
