Job Summary:
The Customer Success Representative plays a crucial role in supporting our sales team and channel partners. This role encompasses a range of administrative tasks, including order processing, generating customer quotes, managing sales information, providing product training, and assisting with financing options. The Sales Support Representative will work within established procedures and receive a moderate degree of supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment.
Customer Quotes:Generate and provide accurate quotes to customers, working closely with sales representatives to address customer needs.
Sales Information Management:Maintain and update sales records, customer information, and other relevant data in our CRM system.
Product Training:Assist in providing product training to sales representatives and channel partners, ensuring they have a deep understanding of our offerings.
Financing Support:Collaborate with the finance team to assist customers with financing options and paperwork.
Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and handling customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
Experience:Minimum one year of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Suite and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and accurate.
Customer-focused mindset.
Good communication skills
Job Level :Entry-level, requiring working knowledge and skills developed through formal training or work experience.
