Due to our ambitious growth plans, we are growing our Sales team in Turkey. We are now looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our talented and successful team.
You will help to grow our business with existing customers within the Financial Services, Retail and Pharmaceutical industries. This is an excellent development opportunity for someone looking to build a career with a global company operating in the field of Digital Transformation.
What you will do
To proactively manage, retain and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across Iron Mountain core products
Build strong customer relationships, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and encouraging loyalty
Conduct outbound phone calls / LinkedIn Introductions for the purposes of demand generation, lead generation & driving sales opportunities to close
Driving sales and lead generation, hunting for new opportunities
Understand the key messages / value proposition for Iron Mountain to communicate this to our customer / prospects and suspect
Manage and close new business to business (B2B) opportunities
Achieving monthly / quarterly / annual volume and revenue targets
Achieve weekly targeted activity levels such as calls, emails and quotations
Maintain accurate records on CRM System
What you will bring
Experience in a business to business (B2B) sales environment
A confident, ambitious self-starter
Enthusiastic and engaging in conversation with confidence in building relationships and overcoming objections
Demonstrable business acumen
The ability to research the market and uncover new business opportunities
The right attitude and personal manner
Proactive mind-set, not afraid to pick up the phone
Able to learn fast and ask the right questions
