Seeking Proven Sales Leader – Impact the Future Growth of Iron Mountain!

Thanks to our aggressive growth plans, we are rapidly scaling up our Inside Sales teams across Europe. To that end, we are seeking talented individuals who have the drive and ambition to take advantage of the tremendous international career development opportunities available here at Iron Mountain.

By 2024, we anticipate that 25% of our global bookings will be generated by our Inside Sales teams. As such, the individuals making up these teams will play an integral and exciting role in shaping the very future of our organization.

To help make this happen, we are currently looking for an Inside Sales Manager to create and develop a new Inside Sales Team. This Leadership role offers a flexible working location and environment, so we are welcoming applications from all candidates across Germany.

What You Will Do

  • Coach and develop Inside Sales Representatives to achieve performance excellence

  • Successfully own sales performance that meets and exceeds strategic initiatives for the business

  • Consistently engage and capitalize on key internal partnerships to drive sales growth

  • Confident, self-starting Leader proficient in a solution-first approach in order to win complex sales opportunities

  • Create and develop key performance goals that directly impact pipeline acceleration and revenue growth for the business

  • Mentor and inspire sales performers for their individual career growth and development

  • Source, identify, and onboard premier talent as future performers and contributors to the business

  • Encourage the use of all technology platforms supporting the sales motions of the team

  • Drive a competitive culture amongst Leadership peers.

  • Demonstrate professional thought and emotional intelligence in challenging the status quo as a result of sales excellence with integrity

What You Will Bring

  • Passionate approach to employee development through performance achievement and career development plans

  • Knowledge of different sales methodologies as a framework for driving an effective sales process

  • Fluent German and English language skills

  • Proven ability to create individual development plans as a result of identifying performance gaps and achievement in partnership with sales performers

  • Tenacious perspective of navigating multiple layers of customer influencers and decision makers in order to establish customer partnerships early in their buying process

  • Unique and proactive commitment to research and identify new opportunities in partnership with the sales team.
