As an Account Executive based in Brisbane or Sydney, you will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 200 to 300 established business customers covering a broad range of industries, nationally. You’ll partner with our customers to retain and drive growth within the existing accounts, and also pro-actively identify opportunities to introduce new products and solutions into these accounts. The role is primarily office based, managing customer relationships over the phone, and you’ll enjoy the buzz of being surrounded by colleagues in our Brisbane hub: which includes members of the Commercial Sales team, Service Delivery, Finance and Customer Care.
Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager ANZ, the role also involves contract negotiations, the Reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager ANZ, the role also involves contract negotiations, development and communication of proposals, closing sales and achieving agreed performance targets. We are a ‘bank for information’ for our customers and you will proactively engage across the broad Australian business environment to further promote and enhance our company’s reputation. In addition to the qualities and skills mentioned, to be successful in this role we want to ensure that you have:
High energy and resilience and demonstrate strong command and influencing skills;
A record of maintaining and growing stakeholder relationships with customers across all levels, including the C-level.
An understanding of account management methodologies, sales disciplines and long sales cycles
A proven track record of high performance in B2B Account Management
Experience delivering client-focused solutions, based on customer needs
A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on attention to detail or achieving outcomes
Hands-on experience with CRM software and systems.
At least 2 or more years of experience in a similar role and relatable industry .
