Join our vibrant team and lead the charge in forging impactful partnerships that shape the future of business success as our new Senior Partner Alliances Manager . In this position you will be responsible for developing and executing the partner strategy with Cloud Service Providers, Consulting and SI Partners, driving revenue growth, managing and influencing positive business outcomes for our Customers and the Iron Mountain and Cloud Service Provider partnership.
What will you do
Develop and execute business plans to enhance pipeline growth through Partnership (CSP) vehicles
Identify opportunities within Iron Mountain and Partners via Account Strategy and jGTM activity
Cultivate and maintain client relationships across various verticals including Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Public Sector
Communicate the benefits of Iron Mountain/Partner partnerships to key stakeholders
Lead lead generation activities and align with Sales teams on GTM plays
Manage joint Inside/Field Sales processes with Iron Mountain and Partner teams
Collaborate with Sales Organizations on campaigns, proposals, and closure processes
Foster team cohesion through regular communication and sharing of success stories
Equip sales teams with knowledge for effective growth of recurring SaaS revenue
Provide regular updates on pipeline action and account opportunities
Work closely with Product Marketing, Presales, and Product Management teams on marketing and enablement plans
Address and resolve engagement escalations and conflicts
Act as deputy for EMEA Alliances Director as required
What you will bring
Numerous years of technology sales experience, specializing in SaaS and digital solutions for large, intricate accounts, with a proven track record of success.
Demonstrated sales achievements collaborating directly with customer decision makers and key stakeholders.
Possesses an enthusiastic, inclusive, positive, and highly energetic demeanor, fostering a fun working environment.
Domain expertise in UK / EU Public Sector (preferred), Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Energy sectors.
Proven experience as a strategic account lead for a global organization, managing relationships with Fortune 100 level customers.
Skilled in navigating across all levels of a complex, matrixed global organization.
Strategic mindset coupled with a highly consultative approach in partnering with both internal and external teams.
Fluency in English is a requirement, with proficiency in German or Spanish considered advantageous.
