We are seeking an Account Executive for our team in Dublin.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Proactively manage, retain and grow a portfolio of customer accounts across Iron Mountain core products
Proactively determine the frequency of meetings and reviews with each customer. Ensuring meaningful diarised interaction with 100% of customers every quarter
Build strong customer relationships, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction, and encouraging loyalty and mitigating risk of termination.
Adopt a consultative selling approach and be recognised as a business partner
Identify new opportunities across all product lines to drive incremental revenue in storage, services and projects
Identify customers that require special project needs. Manage, monitor and evaluate the project to ensure that it meets the customers’ needs
Proactively manage contractual renewals in year
Liaise with other internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
Key Accountabilities :
To retain and grow the aligned portfolio in terms of revenue and storage to maximise the available revenue generated from these relationships by identifying other opportunities.
Ensure all assigned targets are exceeded - to include; revenue, customer retention, Best practice adherence to Salesforce compliance, contributing to debt resolution within a portfolio
Identify and implement the most effective and proactive contact strategy through strong relationship mapping in line with KPI targets
Generate leads across all Iron Mountain product lines and where large and complex work in partnership with the Sales Team to close
Maximise the organic growth achievable within the customer base in line with IC plans
Review and proactively manage customer contract renewals.
Understand the full organisational structure of each account and ensure that Iron Mountain is engaged across the entire customer “field of play”.
Identify and manage potential profit improvements and pricing exposures using the Iron Mountain suite of tools and processes taking into account market trends.
Promote the Iron Mountain brand and articulate our value proposition.
Fully understand customers’ buying requirements in regards to specific compliance, legislation and environmental policies pertinent to the relevant industry sector
Drive the Customer Satisfaction Feedback Survey within all client relationships, encouraging participation and measuring feedback
Educate and train customers all aspects of standard workflow
Experience in commercially targeted environments
Experience of dealing with complex customer relationships
