Responsibilities:
Mirror sales process subject matter expert (Manager)
Complete less complex sales process and enablement tasks
Create process to monitor team members’ tasks, team tasks and team projects (light project management)
Create process to socialize team projects
Learn Iron Mountain sales process
Learn sales tools and systems utilized during sales process
Facilitate training sessions and content for regional enablement
Provide support for sales process and tools
Participate in user acceptance testing for sales tools updates and enhancements
Learn WalkMe digital adoption platform
Co-build sales process in-the-flow-of-work learning via WalkMe digital platform
