Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Senior Sales and Marketing professional to join our team. This position is critical in driving the growth and success of Iron Mountain's innovative solutions, including information lifecycle management, digital transformation, secure storage, and sustainable data handling practices. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and enhancing our market presence in Thailand and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, driving business growth in both local and regional markets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs, focusing on high standards of quality and compliance.

• Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

• Promote the company’s commitment to sustainability and innovative solutions in sales and marketing initiatives.

• Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year or above of experience in sales and marketing (experience in the IT or logistics industries is a plus).

• Fluency in both Thai and English is essential, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Certifications and Skills:

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.

• Familiarity with 5S / TPM methodologies.

• Understanding of ISO standards, including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

• Awareness of R2:2013 certification for sustainable electronics recycling.

• Strong safety management knowledge and practices.

• Supervisory skills, including team coaching and development.

• Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Ability to drive a car
