ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY…

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Global Commercial Strategy and Insights team. This team is responsible for setting up our commercial/sales organization for success, delivering ongoing and project-based insights and for leading important strategic programs.

Our team is uniquely positioned to drive the transformation and modernization of a Fortune 1000 sales organization. The team is responsible for structuring analysis and synthesizing data-driven insights to develop and prioritize our commercial strategy. This role serves the entire global organization and is responsible for expertise across all Iron Mountain’s product offerings . Our team works cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, finance, IT and sales enablement, in order to identify and answer high priority business questions. We also proactively identify and investigate key business trends and communicate those findings to the rest of the organization.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with exposure to strategic and critical projects at Iron Mountain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…

  • Deliver high-impact sales performance metrics to a wide audience including executive leadership, country leaders, business partners, and more

  • Align with cross-functional stakeholders to form a common vision and strategy

  • Provide executive leadership with an understanding of the needs and risks of various strategic initiatives

  • Partner with teams across the organization to structure analysis around high-priority business questions and synthesize findings to inform strategic decisions

  • Monitor business trends and commercial performance

  • Ideate on solutions to key business problems based on data-driven insights and enterprise knowledge

  • Liaise directly with senior leadership with limited oversight needed from the team lead

  • Manage feedback to improve and elevate ongoing reporting

  • Drive projects via stakeholder management and expectation management to design and present finished deliverables.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in analytical skills and expertise of analytical and visualization tools such as Google Sheets, Alteryx, Tableau, and Google Data Studio.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS…

  • Minimum 4+ years experience data analysis

  • Minimum 2+ years of data visualization experience

  • Advanced understanding of data visualization and requisite data structure best practices

  • Strict attention to detail and drive to deliver consistently high quality outputs

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

  • Strong communicator, both through written content development and in-person communications

  • Expertise with the Google Suite of tools with an emphasis in Slides and Sheets

  • Excited by analytical problem solving of complex business problems

  • Expertise with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx and Google Data Studio

  • Expertise with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com

  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, R or similar is a plus
