Our Secure IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) team is seeking a strong sales leader to lead our commercial growth across the globe . The Director will be responsible for a growing team of solution development executives supporting Iron Mountain sales teams globally.

  • Team Leadership: Strong ability to lead a team of sales professionals to drive quota attainment through coaching and talent development. Provides insightful coaching that drives behavior adoption and employee satisfaction, account retention, revenue growth, and virtuous cycle of sales optimization initiatives.Director serves a key member for the leadership team for Secure ITAD and for the Global Iron Mountain Commercial organization

  • Pipeline Growth: Responsible for driving pipeline growth in Secure ITAD and IT Asset Management (ITAM) services from Iron Mountain’s 225,000+ customer base to meet ambitious revenue growth and customer acquisition targets.

  • Solution Development: Manage team and work directly with Iron Mountain customers to develop customer ITAD and ITAM programs that meet customer requirements and compliance needs. Position Iron Mountain capabilities to asset customers’ data security, environmental compliance, and financial goals

  • Deal Negotiation & Pricing: Leadership authority for pricing, terms and conditions on customer contracts

  • Channel Partnerships: Develops channel partnerships for Iron Mountain’s Secure ITAD service

  • Revenue: This position will focus on helping the sales team prospect and retain revenue growth within mid-size, large and enterprise accounts.

  • IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) Expertise: As the Director, it is critical that the ideal candidate have a history of leading a sales team to success. Data Management (data archival, restoration, protection) experience is a plus

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Iron Mountain’s Data Management offerings, technologies, industry trends and best practices.

  • Successfully drive efforts to ensure collaborative Strategic Account Planning across multiple geographic theaters within Iron Mountain.


  • Experience leading high performance sales teams team either selling ITAD or ITAM service, or teams that sell service solutions to IT executives

  • Documented track record leading teams in prospecting for new accounts, maintaining and growing accounts.

  • Exceptional bandwidth and ability to strive in a fast paced, change environment.

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, planning and analytical skills

  • Exception client listening skills, with the ability to creatively solve client problems/needs

  • Ability to influence and negotiate.

  • Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company.

  • Ability to team effectively at all levels of Iron Mountain and customer personnel (to include C-level) on a wide range of topics and issues.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Experience navigating large matrix sales organizations.

  • BA required, MBA preferred.

  • Provide Solution configuration recommendations, product pricing, quote/schedule/contract/SOW creation, modification and support

  • Gather and share intelligence on market trends, industry trends and competitors

  • Attend relevant trade shows and marketing events to create and advance opportunities

  • Support and educate cross functioning teams such as marketing, sales enablement, legal, contracts, operations, support, channels, product management to aid in Technology Services business growth
