Digital Sales Executive Wanted – Be a Part of Iron Mountain’s Future!
We are currently looking for a Digital Sales Executive to join our new Sales team in Germany. This is a hybrid working opportunity, based in Berlin.
What You Will Do
Execute outbound phone calls / LinkedIn/XING introductions for the purposes of demand generation, lead generation and sales conversion
Drive sales and lead generation, proactively hunting for new opportunities
Understand the key messages / value proposition of Iron Mountain and be able to effectively communicate this to our customers / prospects
Manage and close new business to business (B2B) opportunities
Achieving monthly / quarterly / annual volume and revenue targets
Achieve weekly targeted activity levels, such as calls, emails and quotations
Maintain accurate records on CRM System
What You Will Bring
Telephone based sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment (other telesales environments will be considered, as we have a variety of opportunities)
A confident, ambitious self-starter
Enthusiastic and engaging in conversation with confidence in building relationships and overcoming objections
Demonstrable business acumen
The ability to research the market and uncover new business opportunities
Proactive mind-set (not afraid to pick up the phone)
Able to learn quickly and ask the right questions
Comfortable with using a computer / social media
Interest in technology / IT
Desire to be customer-centric
