To help us achieve our growth objectives, we are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in Germany focussing on the Public Sector market.. This represents a huge opportunity for us to grow our market share in Germany.
What you will do
Generate Records Management, Secure Destruction and Document Management Services revenue from nominated list of target accounts
Commercial management of tenders, retenders, price negotiations across nominated accounts
Position and sale of solutions to address named Corporate Customers Information Management needs
Accountable for new business revenue growth in the defined range of new and existing customers
Ensure assigned monthly, quarterly and annual targets are reached
Drive the strategy for growth across nominated list of target customers and prospects
Develop and implement strategic sales strategies and plans; contribute to business strategy, development and implementation
What you will bring
Strong background and proven experience of strategic new business hunting, sales process and solution selling.
Experience of selling to the Public Sector with a strong network of Public Institutions
Fluent language skills in German and English
The ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
Ability to influence and negotiate.
Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company.
