Iron Mountain’s Global Records and Information Management Organization (GRO) is a revenue-driving commercial organization that focuses on developing, selling, and supporting solutions for customers in our regions and key global vertical industries that enable them to transform their business.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven and accomplished Senior Business Development Executive (f/m/d) to join our growing Sales team focused on selling to banking, insurance and public sector companies. This is an opportunity to join a high growth company and sell award winning solutions that are experiencing rapid adoption across all industry verticals. In this role you will make a significant contribution in the company’s growth and future success.
What you will do
Increase business revenue growth of digital solutions from target accounts
Take responsibility for the end-to-end sales processes in your region
Commercial management of tenders, retenders, price negotiations across nominated accounts
Research opportunities, prospect, initiate discussions, build relationships, conduct demos and manage product trials
Ensure assigned monthly, quarterly and annual targets are reached
Drive the strategy for growth across target customers and prospects
Develop and implement strategic sales strategies and plans; contribute to business strategy, development and implementation
Gather and distribute product feedback from clients and prospects to the sales and product teams to help us continually enhance Iron Mountain’s solutions
What you will bring
Proven experience in successfully selling technology solutions to financial services and public sector companies
Experience in strategic new business hunting, sales process and solution selling.
Fluent in Greek alongside a business professional level of English
Hard-working and possess a ‘never give up’ attitude
Strong communication skills who is intellectually curious with the ability to influence and negotiate
The ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
Ability to make decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company.
